Shanghai Hongmei South Road Elevated Sound Insulation Shed Photovoltaic Project

On January 7th, the construction of the Huadian Shanghai Hongmei South Road elevated soundproof shed photovoltaic project officially began.

And as an innovative development achievement in intelligent transportation, it was announced to the public at the 6th China International Import and Export Expo Transportation Forum. The total installed capacity of this project is 1.5MW, making it the first elevated soundproof greenhouse photovoltaic project in China, pioneering the application of photovoltaic technology in transportation construction.

We plan to lay lightweight flexible photovoltaic modules under the sound insulation shed on the elevated road to achieve on-site consumption of photovoltaic power generation and surplus grid connection. After being put into operation, the total power generation during the life cycle will exceed 37.5 million kilowatt hours, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 31000 tons, effectively promoting the integrated development of "photovoltaic+" and transportation, with good economic and social benefits.

In recent years, Huadian Shanghai Company has adhered to the path of green, low-carbon, and high-quality development, actively expanding the exploration of "photovoltaic+", and organizing the company's backbone to conduct in-depth research on the new application of urban elevated road sound insulation sheds. After multiple scheme demonstrations and actual engineering simulations, the light flexible photovoltaic power generation system model has finally been determined to be adopted, and the innovative achievements have been highly recognized by the Shanghai Ministry of Transport and other departments. Next, based on existing experience, the Shanghai company will do a good job in promoting and applying, deeply exploring new application scenarios of "photovoltaic+", and providing strong impetus for the company's high-quality development.
