Six solar power plants will be put into operation in Uzbekistan by 2024

On February 23rd, Uzbekistan Satellite Network reported that six solar power plants will be put into operation in Ukraine within 2024, distributed in five provinces, with a total capacity of 2.7 gigawatts. This will create favorable conditions for the transformation of Ukraine's green economy and increase the proportion of green energy.

In addition, the Presidential Decree requires the Ministry of Economy, Finance, and Energy to ensure the circulation of "green energy" certificates in accordance with market principles by April 1, 2024, promote the implementation of greenhouse gas international trade projects, and implement modern monitoring, reporting, and verification systems and database construction in the field of climate change in stages.
