According to the Gulf Daily on March 12th, the 5.7-megawatt solar power plant built by Vito Energy in Longcheng has been completed. The project is equipped with over 10000 double-sided panels and is Bahrain's second largest solar power plant. It adopts customized design to ensure improved efficiency and an annual reduction of 6500 tons of carbon emissions. In conjunction with the project, two electric vehicle (EV) charging points have also been constructed, marking a significant leap in Bahrain's sustainable energy efforts.
